We ship nationwide across New Zealand. For rural or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time and charges may apply.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
For items that are not in stock, we will contact you with an updated timeframe.

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (urban areas)
Rural delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We offer free click & collect from our store locations. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
